  • When you arrive at the Summer Conference venue – 11223 W. Legion Hall Rd, Princeville, IL 61559 – you’ll be greeted by our team of Welcomers, (probably sporting stylish high-visibility vests : ) They’ll direct you from there to:

    1. Registration

    Please have your registration forms completed (if you didn’t mail them to us already), your participation fee (unless you paid online or mailed a check) and a joyful spirit, ready to enter into the spirit of the Saint John Summer Conference (S.J.S.C.).

    2. Sleeping Arrangements / Accommodation

    CAMPING: After Checking-in/completing your registration you’ll be directed to the area for tents so you can go ahead and set up. Men’s and women’s areas will be clearly indicated.

    – If you have an extra tent and/or sleeping mats/mattresses that you’re
    willing to loan to others, or if you are willing to share your tent, please let us know when you sign-up online.

    INDOOR SLEEPING: Indoor arrangements will either be at the Community of St. John or at the High School. This varies from year to year. If this year’s indoor option is at the community, everything is within walking distance. If it’s at the High School, you’ll head there at the end of each day.


    Remember to bring all your own sleeping equipment – sleeping mat/air mattress & pump, sleeping bag, pillow

    SHOWERS: We will have outdoor “camping” showers available for the
    campers, some for men and some for women. Bring your swimsuits!

    – For those staying at the Community indoors or Princeville High (It will be one or the other), showers are available on site.
